TICKET INFORMATION

For the Queen Studios X INART event, the team will issue digital tickets for all attendees. Due to the capacity of the venue, we can’t have an open door policy.

You will be required to have a ticket to enter the venue, but don’t worry, as long as you have a smart phone or access to a printer, you should be fine!

HOW DO I GET MY EVENT TICKET?

If you have already R.S.V.P’d to the Queen Studios event then you will be contacted by email to purchase your event ticket.

Tickets can be purchased on the Queen Studios Online store, but they are only available to collectors who have returned an R.S.V.P.

Once you have successfully paid for your ticket, you will receive an automatic payment receipt, and the Queen Studios team will email your personalised ticket 7 days before the start of the event. If you don’t receive your ticket, please contact customerservice@nwatoy.com

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A TICKET?

In order for the team to get a more solid commitment from attendees, the team have decided to implement a small fee for tickets.

For this fee, the Queen Studios team will provide:

  • 2-hour open bar

  • Snacks.

  • Queen Studios Merchandise valued at $79 USD.

Neither Queen Studios or INART will make any money from this event. We really appreciate that you would spend the time and money to join us in Las Vegas for this Exclusive event and in return, we will work hard to make it one that you will never forget!

WILL I NEED MY TICKET TO GET INTO THE EVENT?

Queen Studios will issue one ticket per attendee to make sure that the event venue capacity isn’t exceeded. You will need this ticket to be able to enter the venue.

The ticket will be a digital ticket, but it can also be printed. Team members at the venue will scan the QR code on your ticket, and the name on your ticket must match the name on the QR code record.

If you require an extra ticket for friends or partners, please notify the team in advance, or add your friend or partners name to the R.S.V.P. If this R.S.V.P is closed, please contact Queen Studios customer support and we will work with you to solve this.
